But it seems to work better-yesterday I didn’t nap because I wanted to get a good night’s sleep for work and woke up like 5-9 times during the night meaning a broken nights sleep and me feeling shite. But when I nap, although I don’t then go to bed till stupid o’clock my sleep is better and deeper.
